The filming of the Melinda Doan Bryce/ Dan Keary penned “Millionaire’s Club” has wrapped.   It has now entered post-production.


This narrative short drama is about opioid addicted millennial couple who getting into heroin enjoying the high-life reach an  impasse in their relationship when one of them hits rock bottom. 

Written by Melinda Bryce and Dan Keary. Produced by Dan Keary,  Tennille Barta Taraszkiewicz, and Nancy Oeswein. Directed by Matt Szakal , Director of Photography by Peter Poulos , sound by Andrew. Lights by Dylan Sides.  Assistant director Santiago Bukovsky.

Starring Dan Keary (as Nate), Kayden Bryce (as Sophie, Nate’s younger sister).  Callie Bussell (Trish), Dan Pesta (Dave), Tennellie Barta Taraszkiewicz (Lilly), Jeff Siarto (Mitch), Colleen Gentry (Cindy). Omar Aragones (Rizzo), Montie (Mr. Milton), and Rico Wade (Mr. Green), “Millionaire’s Club” includes amazing performances by young actors Bredon Maeve Mularoni (Young Sophie), and Brayden Eaton (Young Nate)

Melinda Doan-Bryce is a talented writer, and has also lent a hand in the costume and wardrobe department on such sets as “Ring of Silence,” she as also been an actress, most widely known as a party goer in the 2017 release, “In Guns We Trust.”   “Millionaire’s Club,” according to IMDb,  is Dan Keary,’s first screenplay that has been produced.  As an actor, he is best known for his role as Kyle in the 2017 short film  Task Force, as James Bridger in Iridium, as Damien Wallpaper in Papers 14: Purge of the Papers, and as Doyle in the Lance Kawas directed viral short film sensation  Revenge of the Mask 2  

Kayden Bryce (as Sophie, Nate’s younger sister) is known for her lead and supporting roles in such films as Bennett’s Song (2018), Triggered (as Christi Martin, 2019) , and Evil Takes Root (as Mallory, a 2020 release). She caught the acting bug in her first theatre production when she was just five, and eight years later was plucked off the stage by a producer who asked her if she wanted to be in films

Callie Bussell (as Trish) is an actress and model with a penchant for science fiction and dystopian worlds. She has been featured in several films including the short “Ever After”, which earned her nominations for Best Actress at the Detroit Film Festival and Best Acting Duo at the Los Angeles International Film Festival.

Dan Pesta (as Dave) is known for his work on Beyond the Mask (2015), Crow (2021) and Detroit 1-8-7 (2010).  Tennille Taraszkiewicz (as Lilly) is an actress and producer, known for Crow (2021), If I Can’t Have You… (2021) and Tale of Tails.  Jeff Siarto (Mitch) is an actor, known for The Denny Dooley Story (2020), Solomon and I Vow (2020).  Colleen Gentry (Cindy) Colleen Gentry is an actress and assistant director, known for Prayers for Bobby (2009), Andy the Talking Hedgehog (2018) and Toxicity (2019). Omar Aragones is an actor, known for No Answer (2020).

This production’s youngest members Bredon Maeve Mularoni (Young Sophie) and Brayden Eaton (Young Nate) are already starting to put together their resumes as actors .    Bredon also appears in the yet to be released Just Another Dream, and Brayden, originally from Detroit, MI,  is already working out of Los Angeles. At 13 years of age, his young look and shorter stature, allows him to play roles much younger than his age, yet handle larger scripts. Brayden also has extensive live stage experience appearing in regional Broadway shows as Young Simba in Lion King, and James in James and the Giant Peach. Brayden also boasts talents as a hip hop dancer, skateboarder, beat boxer, guitar player, and novice fencer.

The filming of this production was done in complete compliance with CDC protocols.
