ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man accused of robbing a Dollar Tree store at gunpoint in southwest Atlanta.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers from Zone 4 responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Dollar Tree located at 2020 Campbellton Rd. SW on Monday, August 18, 2026, at approximately 1:33 p.m.
Investigators say the suspect displayed a firearm and demanded cash from a store employee. He then fled the scene with more than $800 in cash, police said.
As part of the ongoing investigation, the department has released surveillance images of the suspect in hopes that someone in the community can help identify him. Anyone who recognizes the individual is asked to come forward.
Crime Stoppers Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the suspect’s arrest and indictment. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
