RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA — Klatch Coffee is preparing to open four new stores across Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties this month, with celebrations planned for each location as part of the company’s continued expansion across Southern California.
The first to open is Klatch Coffee Eagle Rock, located at 2245 Yosemite Dr in Los Angeles, which will hold its grand opening celebration August 22–23. The first 20 customers in line each day will receive a goodie bag that includes a beach tote, gift card, and coffee.
Eagle Rock’s opening weekend will also feature a tasting of Klatch’s Panama Don Julian Geisha Natural, a rare and highly sought-after coffee variety known for its floral aroma and delicate body. Customers can buy fresh-roasted bags at 30 percent off or try the coffee brewed as a pour-over for $5 a cup. A prize wheel offering sunglasses, stickers, and other giveaways will also be available to all customers that weekend.
Two weeks later, over Labor Day weekend (September 5–7), Klatch Coffee will celebrate the grand openings of three more locations: Lake Forest (24332 Rockfield Blvd), Santee (9361 Mission Gorge Road), and San Clemente (550 Camino De Estrella, Unit C). Each store will introduce a limited-time drink exclusive to that weekend, served in a souvenir collectible glass. The identity of the drink has not yet been revealed; Klatch says the announcement will come through its social media channels.
The Santee location will also host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce on September 5 at 9 a.m.

The four openings are part of Klatch Coffee’s broader 2026 expansion in partnership with Sprouts Farmers Market. Once complete, the company expects to operate 30 locations across Southern California, with additional stores planned for Clairemont, Mira Mesa, Pacific Ranch, Escondido, a second Carlsbad location in Rancho Santa Fe, and a second Los Angeles store near San Vicente.
