A man is dead after being shot overnight in Pittsburgh’s Hill District, in an attack that authorities are still working to piece together.
According to Pittsburgh Public Safety, officers assigned to Zone 2 responded to a call in the area of Bedford Avenue at approximately 3 a.m. following reports of gunfire. When police reached the scene, they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his back.
