ATLANTA — Local authorities have issued an urgent appeal for help finding a missing 11-year-old boy, identified as Omari James, who has been categorized as critically missing since Thursday night.
According to police, Omari left his family’s residence on his own around 9:30 p.m. after a disagreement with his parents that reportedly started over his phone. He has not been seen since.
At the time he disappeared, Omari was reportedly dressed in a black top paired with red, white, and blue shorts. He was also wearing black Nike slide sandals along with a Nike beanie.

Officials are urging anyone with information on Omari’s whereabouts to immediately reach out to emergency services by dialing 911, or to get in touch directly with the Special Victims Unit at the Atlanta Police Department. The search for the missing child is actively continuing, and authorities say every tip could help bring him home safely.
