Florida — Publix is continuing its steady expansion this summer with the opening of three new grocery stores across Florida, giving shoppers additional locations as the employee-owned supermarket chain grows its presence throughout the Southeast.
The July openings follow several recent store launches and further strengthen Publix’s footprint in its home state, where the company first began nearly a century ago.
According to the retailer, the new locations are scheduled to welcome customers between July 2 and July 16.
Three New Publix Stores Opening in July
Publix has confirmed that three new stores will open during July at the following locations:
- 1421 Sadler Road, Fernandina Beach — Opening July 2
- 4601 9th St. N, Naples — Opening July 2
- 1075 Brookstone Road, Winter Haven — Opening July 16
The additions are expected to provide expanded grocery shopping options for residents while supporting the company’s continued growth strategy across Florida.

The latest openings add to Publix’s network of more than 1,400 stores operating across eight states.
