Additionally, Cincinnati serves as a backdrop for the upcoming DC Universe movie, “Superman: Legacy,” rumored to be titled “Genesis.” This superhero epic is set to film in both Cleveland and Cincinnati, drawing inspiration from the city’s iconic Union Terminal.
St. Michael Records, Inc., a public Catholic charity known for its cinematic endeavors, is also contributing to the local film industry with its production of “The Last of the Big-Time Promoters” and the second season of “An Interesting Life.”
Other notable projects include “Oscar’s Options,” a reflective piece on midlife challenges, and “Stained Glass,” set to contribute further to the rich tapestry of stories being told through Cincinnati’s lens. These projects not only highlight the diverse range of narratives being explored but also underscore the economic impact, with Film Cincinnati’s activities generating $258 million and creating over 1,800 jobs between 2019-2022.
