Cannon Falls Elementary Honors Student Role Models With Final ‘Pizza With the Principal’ of the School Year

Cannon Falls Elementary School wrapped up its school year celebrations by honoring some of its most outstanding students through two beloved traditions — Pizza with the Principal and Donuts with the Principal.

Who Was Honored

The school’s PBIS Team, which recognizes students who serve as positive role models, selected students based on staff nominations. Teachers and staff were asked to identify students who consistently go above and beyond in their daily behavior.

Preschool students celebrated with Donuts with the Principal, while older students attended a pizza party hosted by Principal Mr. Strauss.

Honored students included Eli Jacobson, Haydn Benson, Jackson Zeyen, Haven Winchell, Brent Hokanson, Mya Keesey, Elsie Beissel, Brekyn Plonsky and Osumare Burgess-Ogunkola for the donut celebration.

Pizza with the Principal honorees included Rosie Greenslit, Levi Widman, Everett Meyers, Lyla McKinstry, Lainey Grimes, Lorelei Ganrud, Logyn Haan, Owen Ostberg, Sarai Hernandez-Lopez, Kinsley Bergeson, Adeline Lindholm, Khoen McWaters, Briella Hanson, Meredith Otto, Colten Muraski, Ruth Otterness, Haiden Smith, Carter Cooper, Ryan Muraski, Adalynn Neil, Charles Stark, Millie Anderson, Sadie Sjoquist and Jase Vovk.

What Made These Students Stand Out
