Shane West and Nikki Roumel to Star in Supernatural Thriller ‘You Don’t Belong Here’ Filming Under IA

Shane West, known for his roles in “A Walk to Remember” and “ER,” and Nikki Roumel from “Ginny & Georgia” are teaming up for the exciting new supernatural thriller ‘You Don’t Belong Here.’

Directed by Chris McGowan, the film has been granted a SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement and is currently in production in Illinois.

Martin Bartlett’s story follows a group of amateur crime solvers who embark on a trip to an infamous campsite to investigate an unsolved murder.

However, when they wake up the next morning, they discover that they have been transported back to 1991, just days before the murder occurred, and they must face a mysterious killer on the loose.

The film is being produced by Seth Savoy, Mike D. Ware, Sterling Beaumon, Yajaira Marie, and Patrick Ryan Richter.

Rock River Studios is the production company behind the project. The cast includes Cameron Cowperthwaite, Chibuikem Uche, Destiny Hernandez, Ilirida Memedovski, and Major Curda.

Shane West’s recent projects include starring alongside John Malkovich in the sci-fi film “Chariot” and appearing in the crime actioner “The Dirty South” with Dermot Mulroney.

He will also be seen in Mick Davis’ thriller “Walden” alongside Emile Hirsch and Kelli Garner.

Nikki Roumel has gained recognition for portraying Georgia Miller at different ages in the popular Netflix series “Ginny & Georgia.”

She has also appeared on shows like “Designated Survivor,” led by Kiefer Sutherland.
