Marshall Favors has produced eight independent feature films and has written and directed five short films. Her passion for indie movies inspired her to co-found the Trinity International Film Festival and The Detroit Black Film Festival. She collaborates with other filmmakers through the festivals to host film screenings, workshops, and networking events with industry professionals. For over 20 years, Marshall has worked purposefully to contribute to the growth of the film community in metro Detroit.
