A former Marine, Greg Rourke (played by UFC superstar Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, this is his first leading role) must survive after waking up amid apocalyptic chaos. Feral creatures that prey on humans have descended upon the city. Rourke barricades himself inside his apartment, “213” (original title), and prepares to come out to fight the evils lurking outside his door. Unsure of his reality, a furious fight for survival begins as the outside world descends into pandemonium.
Based upon a story by Michael Pizzimen and James Raptoplousdirected by Lance Kawas, executive produced by Donald Cerrone, Elias Axume, James Raptoplous, and stars Brande Roderick as Cindy. Kelly Reiter as Karen, Chris Maher as Mills, Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone as Greg Rourke, and Vincent McDaniel as Tibbs. Habib Madison as Doctor, and Michael Pizzimenti as Soldier #2.
Filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with some Michigan crew, “Project Legion” USA Production companies include Al Bravo Films, Avail Entertainment, Grindstone Studios, and Bijou Cine., distributed by Saban Films.
“Project Legion’ will have its Red Carpet Premiere Sunday at 7:45 PM at the Emagine Royal Oak, 200 N Main St, Michigan. It will also be streaming on most TV outlets like Apple TV etc., beginning October 11, 2022.
