Are you interested in joining the Michigan film industry in whatever capacity, whether in front of or behind the camera,  or have you ever entertained the idea? Now, you can look into what this entails and whether there is a place in the industry for you.

“Step Into The Movies” is a FREE WORKSHOP that will show you how to start your career in the Film Industry. Whether you are interested in acting or working as part of a film crew, this event is designed to help guide you in the beginning stages of your adventure.

This workshop will feature a presentation from Michigan Filmmaker Jeffrey Swerdan that will focus on how to get started in the industry and will feature tips on auditioning, interviewing, and finding work.
Then there will be a panel of actors and filmmakers who will share their journey as well as answer any questions you may have.
After the presentations and panels stick around for an Industry Mixer and meet other actors and filmmakers.

Also,  producers from multiple production companies will be on hand looking for actors and/or crew members to join their summer projects.
