Kevin R. Allen, age 55, of Ferndale passed away April 30th.  He was said to have passed away peacefully in his sleep.  His body was found on his couch the morning of April 30, 2019.  He was a much loved member of Michigan’s film community.

He is survived by his partner of 30 years, Steve Jurcak.

He was the beloved son of Lana Newman, dear brother of Richard (Anna) Allen , Tracy Allen and Robert Allen. Uncle to Haley, Andrew, and Alivia.

Kevin is also survived by his two puppies, Margot and Milo.

Visitation is Tuesday starting at 2 PM and will continue until a celebration of life service at 7 pm.
