Francis Ford Coppola and his family will add the 42-acre Vista Hills Winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley to their portfolio.
The Family Coppola already owns a winery in California. This will be the first winery that they have purchased in Oregon.
The timing of the acquisition during harvest season means there won’t be a 2018 Vista Hills wine says Dave Patterson, the Vista Hills winemaker.
Instead, this year’s harvest will be released under a new, Coppola-developed brand yet to be revealed in early 2019.
The Family Coppola is an award-winning wine, receiving awards from all of the following. https://www.francisfordcoppolawinery.com/en/accolades
