Devil’s Night Gallery Film & Art Show opens for film submissions

Posted by

For the 3rd year in a row, the world’s only film festival inspired by Rod Serling’s “NIght Gallery” is accepting short film submissions.  Selected films screen before an audience and have an original work of art created based on the film revealed at the event by a “terrible Rod Serling impersonator. ” (I actually thought you did very well last year, Terence.)     A short introduction written in the style of Rod Serling is given before each film is shown.

The Devil’s Night Gallery is specifically looking for short films (20 mins or less) that can fit into the horror or sci-fi genres. Any budget, any skill level and any completion date is acceptable but they are looking for films with a unique take on these genres. Particularly ones with some sort of unexpected or twist ending.

There will be no prizes but if selected, your film will screen before an audience at a physical location and we’ll be happy to send you a print of the original art based on your film.

The Devil’s Night Gallery Film & Art Show will be held at Studio 8700, 8700 W Nine Mile Rd, Oak Park, Michigan which is a top venue for indie art events in suburban Detroit.
