LANSING – Don’t be shocked if you think you spotted a tactical team atop the Knapp’s Centre in downtown Lansing Sunday afternoon. You likely got an early look at a new pilot for the History Channel.  Based on novels by author Tom Clancy,  a film crew chose the building as a location for the pilot of “Rainbow: Iron Curtain;” a series

Segments have already filmed in Grand Rapids, Owosso and Detroit, said Corey Sexton, director, producer and writer for the series and a native of Owosso.

Providing the pilot proves a hit with the History Channel, a series could be picked up for the full season, Sexton said.
